Job summary

ZUS COFFEE is seeking an ERP-focused professional to lead regional ERP implementations and integrations across stores and warehouses. You will translate business needs into system requirements and align with HQ configurations, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.

You will collaborate with vendors and IT to upgrade and optimize systems, ensure data integrity, and guide testing, cutover, and post-deployment reviews.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on ERP implementation, system configuration or integration.
• Experience managing ERP rollouts across multiple locations or regions.
• Proficiency in major ERP platforms (Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or NetSuite).
• Strong understanding of Finance, Inventory, Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience with APIs, middleware and cross-platform data flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, enhancements and integrations across the region.

• Manage ERP integrations with POS, CRM, inventory and other platforms to ensure data flow across stores and warehouses.
• Drive regional rollouts including testing, cutover planning, validation and post-deployment reviews.
• Establish and maintain regional workflows, configurations, SOPs and integration documentation per governance standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT on upgrades and performance improvements; validate new features in live stores.
• Ensure data integrity via migration oversight, field audits and governance practices.
• Experience in multi-outlet F&B or retail environments is advantageous.

Job description

Connect business needs with smarter systems and help build the ERP ecosystem powering ZUS COFFEE's regional growth.

YOU'LL BUILD

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, enhancements and integrations across the region, from requirements gathering and planning to deployment and validation.
• Partner with regional teams across Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to translate business needs into system requirements while maintaining alignment with HQ configurations.
• Manage ERP integrations with POS, CRM, inventory and other business platforms, ensuring reliable data flow across stores and warehouses.
• Drive regional rollout activities, including system testing, cutover planning, field validation and post-deployment reviews to ensure operational readiness.
• Establish and maintain regional workflows, system configurations, SOPs and integration documentation in line with central governance standards.
• Work with vendors and internal IT teams on system upgrades, patching and performance improvements, while supporting R&D initiatives to validate new features in live stores.
• Strengthen data integrity through migration oversight, field audits and consistent data governance practices.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, system configuration or business system integration.
• Experience managing ERP rollouts or enterprise system deployments across multiple locations or regions.
• Proficiency in at least one major ERP platform, such as Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly across Finance, Inventory, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Experience with APIs, middleware and system integration to enable cross-platform data flow.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and work effectively with stakeholders across different functions.
• A project-oriented mindset with strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Experience in multi-outlet F&B or retail environments, POS-ERP integrations, warehouse operations or ERP project certifications will be an added advantage.
