Job summary

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites an experienced Aftersales Process Lead to shape and monitor dealer performance across turnover, KPIs and process standards. You will provide field support, coaching and consultation to raise business and technical capabilities at partner outlets.

The role requires decisive leadership, ownership and a collaborative style to drive continuous improvement of operations, service systems and dealer qualification programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in business management / technical or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in the automotive industry.
• Take responsibility/ownership, performance driven, team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, possess initiative and sense of urgency, positive mind-set and open minded.

• Support to improve Customer Experience Management (CEM)

• Management of Dealer Parts Activities
• Develop & support new business to increase revenue
• Process Implementation and monitoring
• Manage Dealer Work in Progress (WIP)

• Dealer Coaching and Guidance
• Other Duties as Directed by the Director of After Sales & VPCM MD’s

Provide consultation in terms of business, technical skill development, competencies. Ensuring dealer’s business & process KPI’s are achieved.
