Job summary

Midea Group is seeking an After-Sales Technical Executive (Refrigerator) on a contract basis in Kuala Lumpur to inspect returned components and complete units to identify product or technical issues. You will conduct technical analysis, document findings, and record details including failure symptoms, inspection results, and root causes, while preparing weekly summaries.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in product inspection, technical analysis, after-sales service, or a related field.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred to facilitate technical discussions and alignment with the PD team.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect returned components, spare parts, and complete units to identify product or technical issues.
• Conduct technical analysis and document inspection findings accurately.
• Record all relevant details, including product information, failure symptoms, inspection results, and root cause findings.
• Prepare and share a weekly summary report on returned products and technical findings.
• Follow up on technical issues and provide necessary feedback to relevant departments.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of all technical inspections and findings.
• Other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.
