Job summary

We are seeking an experienced After-Sales Service Technician to join the team at T-POT MARKETING SDN. BHD. This is a full-time position based in Kota Kemuning, Selangor. As an After-Sales Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our valued customers. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability. This position is essential to our commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Required to perform technical & repairing services for home electronic appliances products such as TV, Fridge, Washing Machine, Air-Conditioner & other electrical products.
• Perform preventative maintenance on customer equipment to minimise downtime and extend product lifespan
• Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components with precision and efficiency
• Document all service activities, including maintenance records, repair logs, and customer interactions
• Provide clear technical explanations to customers regarding issues identified and solutions implemented
• Respond promptly to service calls and manage time effectively to meet customer expectations
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and share knowledge and best practices
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition and report any deficiencies

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as an After-Sales Service Technician or similar technical support role, preferably 2+ years in the field
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and efficiently
• Technical knowledge of equipment repair, maintenance, and electrical systems
• Good communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical customers
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and carry equipment
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in electronics or related fields are advantageous
