Job summary

Monash University Malaysia is seeking a Recruitment Support to provide operational and administrative help to ensure efficient delivery of recruitment and HRBP activities. The role coordinates recruitment processes, manages job cards and hiring for casual, sessional, adjunct and internship appointments.

You will support onboarding, data management and reporting, report to the Senior HR Business Partner, and work with HR colleagues to streamline service delivery and enable strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and HR operations preferred.

The Opportunity

The Recruitment Support provides operational and administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of recruitment and HRBP activities. The role coordinates recruitment processes, manages job cards and hiring for Casual, Sessional, Adjunct and Internship appointments, and supports onboarding, data management and reporting. The role provides administrative and operational support to the Recruitment Specialist and HRBPs, while coordinating recruitment activities and HR operations to facilitate efficient service delivery and enable them to focus on strategic priorities.
