Job summary

Monash University Malaysia invites applications for a Recruitment Support role within Human Resources. The position is full-time and continuing, located at the Main Campus.

The successful candidate will coordinate recruitment processes for casual, sessional, adjunct and internship appointments, manage job cards, onboarding, data management and reporting, and provide support to the Recruitment Specialist and HRBPs. Reporting line is to the Senior HR Business Partner.

The Recruitment Support provides operational and administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of recruitment and HRBP activities. The role coordinates recruitment processes, manages job cards and hiring for Casual, Sessional, Adjunct and Internship appointments, and supports onboarding, data management and reporting. The role provides administrative and operational support to the Recruitment Specialist and HRBPs, while coordinating recruitment activities and HR operations to facilitate efficient service delivery and enable them to focus on strategic priorities.
