Monash University Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Domestic Growth for the Main Campus. The role leads recruitment strategy, partners with pathway providers and agencies, and drives growth in future student flows.

The position reports to the Senior Manager and is a full-time, continuing appointment. Location is the Main Campus with a focus on domestic growth, and candidates are invited to apply by the closing date.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to drive future student flows for Monash University Malaysia.
• Collaborate with pathway partners, and agencies and other partners.
• Train and monitor recruitment agencies and analyze recruitment data.
• Manage the recruitment team to achieve recruitment goals.

The Opportunity

The Manager is responsible for developing recruitment strategies, supporting pathway partners, collaborating with agencies and partners. The role is also responsible for training and monitoring recruitment agencies, analyzing recruitment data and managing the recruitment team. The ultimate aim is to achieve recruitment goals and foster significant future student flows for Monash University Malaysia.

Reporting Line: The position reports to Senior Manager.
