Job summary

Waveplus Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for Direct & Indirect Labour in Malaysia. You will partner with stakeholders to forecast workforce needs, lead mass hiring campaigns, and ensure a stable workforce to support operations.

This role requires a proactive leader with experience in high-volume manufacturing, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume/manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in mass hiring and Direct & Indirect Labour recruitment.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Articulate with good critical thinking and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for Direct & Indirect Labour, including mass hiring
• Develop and execute manpower plans based on business and operational requirements
• Partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Manage and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and timelines
• Source, evaluate and propose suitable manpower agencies/service providers to strengthen manpower supply
• Monitor recruitment performance, manpower availability, hiring progress and recruitment costs
• Identify recruitment gaps, analyse trends and implement practical solutions to maintain manpower stability
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and manpower management
