Job summary

Shell is seeking a Business Operations Intern in Kuala Lumpur to coordinate end-to-end recruitment for retailers and Station Manager Development Programme. You will screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth, compliant process.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and project coordination skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. This is a fixed-term internship offering flexible hours and potential remote work.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Available for a full-time internship commitment of 4 to 6 months.
• Strong multitasking and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for retailers and related programmes.
• Identify and explore new recruitment channels including online platforms, schools, and government agencies.
• Monitor retailer talent pipeline health and candidate availability across regions.
• Support review and refresh of Site Policy and Procedures Manuals.
• Assist in execution and administration of commercial terms within retailer contracts.
• Manage onboarding activities for the Station Manager Programme to ensure smooth integration.
• Support recruitment projects, events, and assignment-based activities related to retailer recruitment.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics with candidates, hiring panels, and stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and documentation for reporting.
