Job Majestic Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Recruitment Consultant Intern to support our team through the full recruitment process and gain hands-on experience in finding the right talents for the right roles.

You will research hiring trends, publish strategic job adverts, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers. The role suits a student in diploma or bachelor studies, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with a personal laptop and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or in final year with at least 3 months internship.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Able to manage repetitive administrative tasks accurately.
• Organised and detail-oriented with candidate data.

Responsibilities

• Conducting job-market research to understand hiring trends, candidate availability and which vacancies are most suitable for different recruitment platforms
• Preparing and publishing strategic job advertisements across job portals, social media and other recruitment channels
• Working towards daily job-posting and candidate-engagement KPIs
• Reviewing resumes and identifying candidates who meet the basic requirements of assigned vacancies
• Contacting and screening candidates through phone calls and WhatsApp to understand their experience, expectations, availability and suitability
• Preparing shortlisted candidate profiles and presenting them to the HR representatives of our clients
• Assisting with interview coordination between candidates and hiring managers
• Following up with candidates regarding their applications, interviews and recruitment outcomes
• Updating recruitment trackers, candidate statuses and other records promptly and accurately
