Job summary

TP in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment operations for multiple BPO projects. Responsibilities

• Monitor recruitment performance: time-to-fill, conversion, offer acceptance, and costs.
• Oversee sourcing across portals, social media, referrals, agencies, career fairs, and walk-ins.
• Drive campaigns to attract candidates across languages and experience levels.
• Ensure an efficient candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Analyze data and report on hiring progress and pipeline.
• Manage recruitment budgets and vendor relationships.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager with a strong background in the BPO industry to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment strategies, workforce hiring plans, and talent acquisition activities to meet business demands and hiring targets.

This role requires a proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment, leading recruitment teams, and partnering with operational stakeholders to ensure timely hiring and effective talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations for multiple BPO projects and business accounts.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet high-volume hiring requirements and operational headcount demands.
• Manage, coach, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and performance KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, Workforce Management, and business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and prioritize recruitment activities.
• Monitor recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and hiring costs.
• Oversee sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, career fairs, and walk-in interviews.
• Drive recruitment campaigns and initiatives to attract qualified candidates across different languages, skill sets, and experience levels.
• Ensure an efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
• Analyze recruitment data and prepare regular reports on hiring progress, recruitment effectiveness, and talent pipeline performance.
• Manage recruitment budgets, vendor relationships, and recruitment-related expenses.
• Identify recruitment challenges and implement process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures, and applicable employment requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in recruitment management within the BPO or contact centre industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
• Previous experience leading and developing a recruitment or talent acquisition team.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and candidate assessment processes.
• Experience recruiting for multilingual, customer service, technical support, or other BPO-related positions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, reporting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities.
