Job summary

Kanry Search in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Recruitment Consultant. Entry-level welcome with structured training and mentorship, offering clear career progression and the potential for high earnings.

You will handle end-to-end staffing, perform market research, and help shape recruitment strategies while meeting KPI targets. On-site role in TTDI with a 9am–6pm schedule and a base salary plus uncapped incentives.

Entry Level welcome with Structured Training

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Basic Salary: Up to RM4,500 (based on experience) + Uncapped Incentives!

What You’ll Do:

1. Talent Sourcing & Placement

Manage end‑to‑end staffing projects from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to placement.

Use creative search techniques to identify top talent across various industries.

Maintain accurate and updated records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

2. Market Research & Analysis

Keep up with hiring trends and industry developments in the staffing market.

Research potential clients and key decision‑makers for business growth.

3. Recruitment Strategy & Reporting

Analyse key recruitment metrics to measure performance.

Generate reports and insights for management to optimise hiring strategies.

What We’re Looking For:
