Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. invites you to join as a Recruitment Consultant in Kuala Lumpur. The role is fully onsite with a 5-day work week and a monthly commission scheme offering uncapped earning potential.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates proactively, and build strong client relationships while supporting hiring needs across industries. Training is provided; prior experience in sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field is required.
• Willingness to learn, self-driven and positive attitude.
• Comfortable conversing professionally with clients and talents.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
• Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and support their recruitment requirements.
• Proactively source suitable candidates through various platforms.
• Screen resumes, shortlist, interview and select candidates.

Keen in doing sales / Preferable with Sales Experience

Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.

Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients

Knowing clients’ businesses needs and supporting them in their recruitment needs.

Proactive sourcing of suitable talents via different platforms

Resume screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidate.

Requirements

At least a Diploma or Degree in any field.

Candidate who is flexible, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and with a positive work attitude will have a distinct advantage

Candidate with no relevant working experience will have full training provided

Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents
