Job summary

Vince Group Malaysia (Shah Alam) is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across the organisation, from job advertising to placement.

You will coordinate screening, interviewing, onboarding and collaborate with Marketing on employer branding, while driving engagement activities and retention insights to enhance the candidate and employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HRM or related field.
1–2 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in-house.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Sharp eye for detail and solid problem-solving skills.
Budget management experience in recruitment and training.

Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and placement.
Onboarding & Integration: Coordinate a smooth onboarding process and cultural familiarisation.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen reputation as an employer.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan events and culture-building initiatives to boost morale.
Offboarding & Retention Insights: Manage exits and gather feedback for retention improvement.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full 360° recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and successful placement.
Onboarding & Integration: Coordinate and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are properly introduced to the company culture, employee handbook, policies, and organisational structure.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that strengthen Vince Group’s reputation and attractiveness as an employer.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, internal events, and culture-building initiatives to foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative workplace.
Offboarding & Retention Insights: Manage the employee exit process and conduct exit interviews to gather meaningful feedback and identify opportunities to improve employee experience and retention.
