Hamilton Barnes is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (TRX, Exchange 106). The role offers a competitive base with uncapped commission in a full-time, on-site position in KL.

You will source candidates across Australian and Singapore markets, manage the full cycle from first call to placement, and build client relationships as your desk expands. Fast progression awaits high performers.

Having built our name in London, we're now growing our presence in Kuala Lumpur, working primarily across the Australian and Singapore markets from our office in Exchange 106, Malaysia's second-tallest building, right in the heart of the TRX district.

The Role

You'll learn the full recruitment cycle from scratch, sourcing and speaking to candidates, managing the process through to placement, and building your own client relationships as you grow. You'll be working international desks with strong fee potential, and the better you get, the faster you're earning and progressing.
