Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan EPS Consultants Sdn Bhd seeks a Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong client relationships, and match candidates to roles. You will drive business development, handle client negotiations, and coordinate interview processes in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recruitment or sales experience, excellent English communication, and confidence in client-facing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in recruitment, business development, sales or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from client briefing to candidate placement.
• Actively perform business development to acquire new clients via cold calling, networking, referrals, and meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client business needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using JobStreet, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide professional recruitment advice to clients.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes between clients and candidates.
• Handle offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding follow-ups.
• Meet monthly recruitment and sales targets (KPIs).
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and CRM updates.
• Stay updated on job market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments.
