Job summary

ISCISTECH Business Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

You will source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, social platforms and referrals while screening resumes and conducting initial interviews. You will coordinate interviews with hiring managers, work with department heads to understand requirements, and craft engaging job ads to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates via JobStreet, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Skilled in screening resumes and conducting initial interviews (phone/video).
• Ability to coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
• Experience maintaining recruitment records and databases.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media, recruitment platforms, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.

Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Work closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.

Prepare and post attractive job advertisements across relevant platforms.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and update candidate databases.

Guide and support junior recruiters when required.

Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties assigned by management.
