Qualifications

• Bachelor level or above in Banking & Finance or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection dunning to delinquent customers using collection tools and scripts to minimize impairment.
• Handle incoming calls related to collections: negotiation, inquiries and complaints.
• Adhere to call quality requirements and support team performance.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints within the designated turnaround time (TAT).
• Provide quality service and maintain service excellence at all times.
• Ensure assigned portfolios are managed within the manager’s timeframe and in compliance with internal policies and Bank Negara guidelines.
