Responsibilities

• Perform phone dunning activities on delinquent customers using approved scripts to hit targets.
• Work on accounts per guidelines in the collection system and meet business goals.
• Ensure portfolios are contacted within the timeframes set by the manager.
• Prepare proposals for settlements and payment arrangements as needed.
• Maintain timely responses to customer inquiries and meet audit/compliance requirements.
