Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years in General Ledger & Reporting.
• At least 1 year of team management experience.
• Degree in Accounting or equivalent with ACCA/CPA/MIA.
• Good communication skills and fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Review bank reconciliation and investigation results on unreconciled open items.
• Ensure open items are cleared within SLA.
• Provide justification/evidence for month-end open items.
• Liaise with Country Finance to resolve unreconciled items.
• Review payroll and staff-related transactions.
• Support end-to-end finance process improvements.
• Assist audits and tax requests as needed.
