Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia is recruiting for a Record to Report (R2R) professional to manage General Ledger operations and deliver accurate financial reporting. The role coordinates activities across AP, AR and Treasury, supporting inter-company and asset accounting, JE processing, and audit activities.

The candidate will ensure compliance with documented processes, participate in risk management, and contribute to continuous improvements while adapting to time-zone requirements across supported

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years of accounting experience or equivalent experience.
• Excellent English and Japanese/Korean communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP/Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain General Ledger and financial reporting, periodic and ad hoc.
• Coordinate tasks across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Treasury.
• R2R processes: inter-company, fixed asset, treasury accounting, JE processing, audit support, ad hoc tasks.
• R2R account reconciliation and analysis: interface management and monitor integrity.
• R2R reporting: regulatory, financial and ad hoc reporting.
• Ensure operational excellence by following SWIs/LWIs and maintaining process documentation.
