Job summary

Huasin Food Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive receptionist to manage the front desk, answer calls, and handle deliveries in their Shah Alam office. The role requires excellent MS Word/Excel skills and basic admin duties to support daily operations.

You will maintain office supplies, manage filing and scanning tasks, and assist with various administrative duties as needed. This position offers on-site work in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with filing, photocopying, scanning documents and email correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and keep it tidy and orderly at all times.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, receive deliveries for office, and release cheques for suppliers.
• Maintain stationery and uniform registers, and track stock and place orders.
• Update list of office extension numbers and parking slots.
• Assist in other office administration-related matters.

Key responsibilities
