Minimum Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, or any related field.
Able to communicate effectively in Korean language (speaking and understanding Korean is highly preferred to support communication with Korean-speaking clients or management).
Good command of English and/or other languages with strong verbal and written communication skills
Possess a pleasant personality, professional attitude, and well-presented appearance as the first point of contact for the company.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners professionally.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Responsible, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments, documentation, and daily administrative duties.
Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, email communication, and office systems
Able to maintain confidentiality when handling company information and documents.
Positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or front office roles will be an added advantage.

Serve as the first point of contact for the company by welcoming and assisting visitors, clients, suppliers, and business partners in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and reflects a positive company image.
Receive and register incoming visitors, provide necessary assistance, and notify the relevant employees or departments. Ensure visitors are attended to promptly and professionally while maintaining office security procedures.
Manage all incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and redirecting calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. Handle general enquiries and provide accurate information about company services, procedures, and contacts.
Monitor and respond to general emails, receive and distribute company correspondence, and ensure important messages or documents are forwarded to the relevant parties in a timely manner.
Arrange and manage meeting schedules, coordinate meeting room bookings, prepare meeting arrangements, and assist visitors or clients during meetings when required.
Provide daily administrative assistance to the office team, including document preparation, data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining proper records and documentation.
Receive, record, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, courier items, and office deliveries. Ensure documents and packages are handled accurately and efficiently.
Assist in coordinating general office activities, monitor office supplies, liaise with suppliers when required, and support smooth daily office operations.
Facilitate effective communication between departments, employees, and external parties to ensure information is shared accurately and efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality of company information, documents, and management matters. Demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and proper workplace etiquette always.
Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support the overall efficiency of the office.
