Job summary

KY MAJU MART Sdn Bhd is looking for a Warehouse Receiver in Kuantan, Malaysia. You will verify incoming shipments, document details in the inventory system, and organize goods with clear labeling for easy access. The role involves stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth receipt of goods.

You will operate forklift equipment, maintain a tidy receiving area, and uphold health and safety standards in daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with receiving shipments and quality checks.
• Record and verify quantities, dates and supplier details.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Accurately record receipt details into the inventory management system, including product codes, quantities, dates and supplier information.
• Organise and arrange received goods in designated storage areas with proper labeling and accessibility.
• Prepare and maintain receiving reports and documentation for all incoming deliveries.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged items or missing goods to management and suppliers promptly.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklift or pallet jack in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area and workspace.
• Communicate with suppliers, delivery personnel and internal departments regarding receipt of goods.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
