Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle daily order fulfillment, stock counts, and warehouse operations at our Klang area facility. You will ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and timely delivery coordination with logistics teams.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehouse/logistics, basic computer skills (Google Workspace & Lark), and the ability to lift and manage stock in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or order fulfillment.
• Basic computer proficiency; Google Workspace & Lark.
• Capable of handling lifting, packing, and other warehouse-related tasks.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Receive, unpack, label, and organize incoming inventory.

Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory management activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store area environment in accordance with company standards.

Order Fulfillment & Operations

Process daily orders from retail stores, office and warehouse requisitions

Ensure timely order fulfillment and coordinate with the logistics team for prompt delivery.

Handle product returns, exchanges, and stock reconciliation accurately.

Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflows.

Inventory & Stock Coordination

Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the relevant team.

Assist with inventory forecasting, replenishment planning, and restocking coordination.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates.

Provide operational support on company events and other ad hoc assignments.

Perform goods receiving and promptly put away items.

Requirements
