Job summary

GD Pavilion Sdn Bhd in Nilai, Malaysia seeks a Sales Operations Executive to coordinate agency liaison, viewing arrangements, and end-to-end project flow from Booking ➔ SPA ➔ VP ➔ Renovation ➔ Move‑in, ensuring smooth transactions.

You will handle after‑sales support, client updates on handovers and site progress, defect rectifications, and on-site renovation monitoring while coordinating with Sales Admin, legal firms, and panel bankers.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Hospitality, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin required for liaising with buyers/agencies; Bahasa Malaysia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Agency liaison & viewing coordination with external agencies.
• After-sales service and customer support post-SPA signing.
• End-to-end sales and project flow tracking across booking, SPA, loan, VP, and move-in.
• VP coordination and defect rectification scheduling with contractors.
• Renovation monitoring and unit maintenance oversight on-site.
