Job summary

EdgeProp Malaysia is seeking a talented Sales Executive to our Mutiara Damansara office in Selangor on a full-time basis. You will drive sales growth, identify new opportunities, and build strong client relationships within the competitive real estate market.

You will present property solutions, negotiate terms, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. The role offers development opportunities, incentives, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive attitude.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends is advantageous.
• Malaysian driving licence and access to own transport are beneficial.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Present and demonstrate property solutions and services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate sales terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure and post-sale follow-up.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, finance and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to remain competitive.
