Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive team member to manage property listings and support marketing activities across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. You will publish listings, create descriptions, upload media, and maintain the listing database.

You will work with the sales team on daily property tasks, coordinate viewings, respond to inquiries, and support hybrid work arrangements with on-site and remote tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish property listings on social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, and property portals.
• Prepare clear and attractive property descriptions and marketing content.
• Upload and organise property photos, videos, pricing, and unit details.
• Update and maintain the property listing database.
• Assist with social media content creation and regular posting.
• Respond to basic property enquiries and follow up with potential clients.
• Assist in arranging client appointments and property viewings.
• Coordinate viewing schedules between clients, property owners, and agents.
• Follow up with clients to confirm viewing dates and times.
• Ensure property availability, pricing, and information are kept up to date.
• Assist with general administrative and property management tasks.
• Support marketing activities for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Work closely with the sales team on daily property-related tasks.
