Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an energetic real estate professional to assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. You will conduct market research to determine property values and develop a network of contacts to identify new business opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in real estate transactions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Flexible hours, including weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with real estate software and databases.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
