Job summary

IPGMY (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a data-driven analyst to support real estate market research in Kuala Lumpur. You will collect and analyse market data from property platforms, identify trends, and highlight pricing patterns to guide investment decisions.

The role requires strong numerical skills, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and an eye for detail. You will work closely with the team to produce accurate market reports and actionable insights for property opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong interest in the property and real estate industry.
