Job summary

Gyden Real Estate Group is seeking a proactive coordinator to promote property listings and manage co-agency relationships. You will keep listing information up to date and support the sales team to drive opportunities.

This role blends property coordination, owner follow-up and sales support. A target-driven mindset and ability to work from home while joining 1–2 in-person meetings weekly in Mount Austin, Johor Bahru are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Results-driven and comfortable meeting revenue targets.
• Well-organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently in a work-from-home setup.
• Proficient with WhatsApp, spreadsheets and online property platforms.
• Experience in real estate, sales coordination, customer service or administration is advantageous.
• English and Mandarin preferred; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Able to attend weekly meetings in Mount Austin.

Responsibilities

• Promote property listings in agent and co-agency groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with external property agents.
• Coordinate inquiries, viewings, negotiations and sales opportunities with co-agents.
• Follow up with owners to confirm availability and update information.
• Keep listing prices, details and availability statuses accurate.
• Communicate with owners on pricing reviews or adjustments.
• Monitor listing performance and follow up on underperforming properties.
• Maintain organised records of listings and owner conversations.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve listing exposure and transaction progress.
• Achieve the revenue and performance targets assigned to the role.

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Role overview

Compensation and benefits

• Basic salary of RM2,500–RM3,500, depending on experience.
