Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a meticulous Real Estate Analyst to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will ensure accuracy and reliability of data in client systems, review lease documents, and develop data quality standards to support business outcomes.

The role requires extended weekday hours and weekend coverage on a roster, collaborating with international teams, and delivering data reports and presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to collect and interpret data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with international teams.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance.
• Basic knowledge of leasing and legal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret lease documents and terms.
• Analyze and validate data for accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Develop and implement data quality standards and processes.
• Generate data reports and presentations.
• Recommend ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Able to work on a rostered schedule of 5 working days per week with 2 designated rest days.
• Willing to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required by business operations.
