Job summary

KSL Holdings Berhad is seeking a Sales Executive in Malaysia to promote the company’s real estate offerings, achieve personal and team sales targets, and participate in campaigns and events. You will handle both incoming and outgoing sales calls, guide buyers through show units, and overcome objections to close deals.

You will assist customers in obtaining financing if needed, manage post-sale services, and ensure proper paper work at reservation while adhering to procedures.

Qualifications

• Diploma or SPM qualification required.
• Experience in real estate sales is advantageous.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Commission-based earnings potential 5-15k+.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's interests and achieve sales targets.
• Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls.
• Show units to potential buyers and highlight product features.
• Assist customers with financing to part finance purchases.
• Coordinate open houses, roadshows and investor events.
• Ensure accurate paperwork at reservation and ensure procedures are followed.
