Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to help review recipes and ingredients for regulatory compliance across regions. You will assist with product registrations, data maintenance and NPD support, while contributing to tastings and sensory evaluations.

You will work with regional R&D and marketing teams on new product development, supporting process improvements and lab housekeeping in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background in food science, nutrition or chemistry is required or preferred.
• Strong data entry and collaborative skills for cross-functional work.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving food ingredients environment.

Responsibilities

• Review recipes, ingredient lists and artworks for regulatory compliance (MYSGBN and multi-country).
• Support product registration, market listing and maintenance of product information in internal databases.
• Assist in NPD development and provide admin support for marketing initiatives.
• Participate in sensory and physical product evaluations including sample prep for tastings.
• Collaborate with regional R&D and marketing on new product development projects.
• Support process improvements, recipe development and lab housekeeping with safety in mind.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Review recipes, ingredient lists, and artworks to ensure compliance with MYSGBN and multi-country regulatory requirements.
• Support product registration, market listing, and maintenance of product information in internal databases.
• Assist in NPD development and provide administrative support for marketing initiatives.
• Participate in sensory and physical product evaluations, including preparation of samples for internal tastings.
• Collaborate closely with regional R&D and marketing teams on new product development projects.
• Support process improvement initiatives, recipe development activities, and laboratory housekeeping while adhering to safety protocols.

• Has a background in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related discipline, with the ability to work confidently in the food ingredients field.
• Possesses strong data entry skills, effective communication and teamwork abilities, and a proactive, innovative mindset.

• Is comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving organisation
