• Experience handling tender documentation, quotations, and technical proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue railway business opportunities, tenders, and projects from government agencies, GLCs, railway operators, and contractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and project stakeholders through visits, meetings, and presentations.
• Review tender documents, technical specs, drawings, and commercial terms to assess compliance and project fit.
• Prepare tender proposals, quotations, technical documentation, and supporting materials before deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal departments and partners to obtain pricing, technical info, and product certifications.
