Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in application support, implementation or customer-facing tech roles.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL/database concepts.
• Basic understanding of networking, server environments and application deployment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to document and deliver projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive application implementation from requirements to go-live.
• Translate customer requirements into application configurations and workflows.
• Coordinate UAT, testing scripts, training, and go-live activities.
• Support installation, deployment and post-go-live stabilization with hands‑on troubleshooting.
• Investigate issues, review logs, and determine root causes before escalation.
• Build knowledge of Rail & Public Transportation solutions and related technologies.
