You will coordinate technical efforts across the full project lifecycle, working with customers, sales, engineering and operations to deliver effective solutions.

The role emphasizes technical support, design tasks, and collaboration with internal teams, with travel within Southeast Asia as needed to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Experience in application engineering, technical support or project engineering.
• Knowledge of cable ladder/tray and data center infrastructure preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and perform take-offs.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for B-Line products including cable tray and related solutions.
• Coordinate activities across the project lifecycle from pre-sales to post-order documentation.
• Own and manage technical support queues and requests.
• Perform project design and engineering tasks including take-offs, calculations and drawings.
• Support site visits, installation guidance, and issue resolution with customers.
