Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of solid site experience in heavy civil infrastructure (roads, bridges, earthworks, rail alignment).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex structural and civil engineering drawings.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee daily on-site construction activities, including heavy civil works such as roads and bridges.
• Stakeholder & Main-Contractor Coordination: Interface with main contractor’s teams and participate in joint site inspections.
• Technical Support & Material Management: Review drawings and manage materials to meet project needs.
• Documentation Support: Maintain site diaries, logs, and QA/QC coordination before RFIs.
