Job summary

China Communications Construction Company (M) Sdn Bhd (Project Site Operations) – Kapar, Selangor is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee daily on-site construction activities for a major national rail infrastructure project. You will supervise heavy civil works, monitor progress against the master schedule, and coordinate with the main contractor’s teams to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Strong site execution and supervision capabilities for heavy civil infrastructure.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex civil/structural drawings.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation flows and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities for heavy civil works (roads, bridges, foundations).
• Coordinate with main contractor teams; participate in joint site inspections and handovers.
• Review drawings and manage materials to support project progress and compliance.
• Maintain daily site records, photos, and QA/QC readiness before RFIs.
