Job summary

O'Connor's Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to lead radio communication and telecom infrastructure projects from inception to handover. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting safety, technical, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

Degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, or Computer Science related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within telecommunications, RF radio communication preferred.
Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage scope, schedule, budgets, resources and risks.

Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle from planning through handover.
Coordinate radio communication and telecom infrastructure projects to meet scope, schedule, and quality standards.
Act as primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Attend and lead project meetings; provide progress updates and risk mitigations.
Review technical submissions, drawings, and documentation to ensure compliance and quality.
