Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on RF engineering experience.
• Proficient in RF simulation and design tools.
• Strong understanding of antenna theory, RF propagation, and wireless protocols.
• Experience with RF testing equipment and tools.
• Solid knowledge of RF regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize RF systems.
• Conduct site surveys, RF propagation studies, and coverage analysis to determine optimal configurations.
• Develop and implement RF testing procedures to evaluate performance.
