Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on telecom infrastructure experience.
• Experience with fiber, HDD, ducting and civil works.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and route plans.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and prepare cost estimates for tendering and client approval.
• Lead on-site execution of fiber laying and testing.
• Monitor costs against budget and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with network operators and authorities for approvals.
• Mentor technicians and subcontractors on standards and safety.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.
