Job summary

The role expects collaboration with the R2R team to ensure accurate, timely accounting in line with policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) and related accounting areas.
• Experience in Insurance/GBS environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to read Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day R2R and accounting activities across relevant finance areas.
• Prepare journals, accounting adjustments and supporting schedules.
• Conduct account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Review complex transactions and provide technical guidance at senior levels.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve accounting matters and share knowledge.
