Job summary

The role collaborates with Production and Purchasing and requires maintaining QA/R&D documentation, SOPs and specifications while training the QA/R&D team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve products, recipes and formulations.
• Manage QA/QC activities and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, Halal and food safety requirements.
• Handle product testing, quality issues and customer complaints.
• Conduct internal/external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain QA/R&D documentation, SOPs and product specifications.
• Work closely with Production, Purchasing and other departments.
• Lead and train the QA/R&D team.
