Job summary

Avomind in Malaysia is seeking a capable R&D/QA-focused professional to drive development of instant beverage products, including coffee mixes and non-dairy creamers. You will lead production transfer trials, ensure compliance with QMS/FSMS and food safety certifications, and mentor the R&D team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment handling non-dairy creamers (NDC).
• Familiarity with food safety and quality management standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on consumer market trends and emerging technologies to support new food product development.
• Establish and optimize production applications to transfer new products into manufacturing.
• Plan and conduct production trial runs, prepare reports, and evaluate product performance and feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with technical specs, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct shelf-life studies to validate stability and quality over time.
• Support QMS and FSMS implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
