Job summary

Bio Care Supplements Worldwide Manufacturing in Kulim, Kedah seeks an R&D specialist to develop new food and beverage formulations, including functional drinks, nutraceuticals, and powder mixes.

You will improve existing products for taste, nutrition, quality, stability and shelf life, collaborate with Production and QA/QC, and ensure compliance with halal, GMP and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development of new food and beverage formulations, including functional drinks, nutraceuticals and powder mixes.
• Improve existing products in terms of taste, nutrition, quality, stability testing and product validation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, QA/QC and Marketing teams to ensure the smooth commercialization of new products.
• Source and evaluate new raw materials, ingredient, and packaging.
• Prepare technical documentation, product specifications and R&D reports.
• Ensure compliance with Halal, HACCP, GMP and other regulatory standards.
