Job summary

Chi Cheng Technology (M) Sdn Bhd, based in Penang, seeks a diligent engineer to assist in new product and process pre-production, ensuring smooth transfer to mass production. You will close outstanding issues post-transfer and support quality improvement activities related to design changes.

The role involves coordinating with R&D and the factory on new product tech, specs, and information, and maintaining quality controls to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field relevant to Engineering and Industrial Technology.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Mandarin fluency preferred.
• Own transport and accommodation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in new product / process pre-production and transfer to mass production.
• Close outstanding production issues after new product transfer.
• Support quality improvement plans related to process and product design changes.
• Coordinate with R&D and factory on new product tech and specs.
• Implement and maintain QC measures to meet industry standards and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
