Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd is seeking a Product Development Engineer (Manufacturing) to drive R&D of new technologies and product improvements, and to develop and test prototype designs.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement and Marketing to ensure smooth development cycles, conduct analyses and validation testing, maintain design documentation, and support troubleshooting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of design experience; customer site visits advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Research and development of new technologies or product improvements.
• Develop and test prototype designs ensuring feasibility, functionality, and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure design technical alignment.
• Perform engineering analyses, simulations and validation testing to support product development.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance product quality, performance and manufacturability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including design specs and test reports.
• Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis for product issues or failures.
