Job summary

NCS Global Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia (Penang/Batu Kawan) seeks a Research and Development Engineer to support product and process development, prepare specifications, document results, and conduct testing and validation.

The role includes assisting in concepts and designs for new products, designing and fabricating basic tooling, planning experiments, and communicating progress to cross-functional teams within our engineering services scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic product/process development activities.
• Ability to prepare and verify specifications and maintain technical docs.
• Experience conducting engineering tests and documenting results.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing concepts, designs, and approaches for new products and processes.
• Design, procure, and fabricate tooling and fixtures to support development.
• Plan and conduct basic engineering tests to evaluate performance and validate processes.
• Prepare technical reports to communicate findings and progress to teams.
