CHY TECHNOLOGY(M)SDN BHD is seeking a quality engineer in Malaysia to prepare PPAP documentation and oversee quality controls across development and production. You will manage MSA, CP, SIP, SPC, GRR and related paperwork, ensuring compliance with standards and timely updates.

You will analyze inspection methods, verify standards, and monitor sample preparations while identifying effective error-proofing fixtures and measurement equipment.

Qualifications

• Prepare/update PPAP quality documentation, including MSA, CP, SIP, SPC, GRR, etc.
• Follow up and handle quality issues arising during the development and production processes of new and existing products.
• Analyze and verify product inspection methods and inspection standards, and update them regularly.
• Monitor the preparation of process limit samples and promptly identify the effectiveness of process error-proofing fixtures, gauges, and measuring equipment.
